Este prima calatorie achizitionata prin direct booking si a fost totul ok. Firma de transport cu care colaborati incaseaza taxa transfer hotel chiar si cand nu e cazul si oricum fac opriri trecand prin fata hotelului fara a fi nevoie de ocol suplimentar
Impression about the travel agent (Adriana): Doamna ne-a oferit informațiile solicitate si ne-a sprijinit cu modificarea numelui, lucru pentru care ii mulțumim. totusi, am fost deranjati de modul in care a fost gestionata situatia transferului. am tranmis mesaj in care am mentionat faptul ca am achitat 20 de euro pentru transferul autogara–hotel, insa ulterior am constatat ca autobuzul trecea chiar prin fata hotelului, fara a fi necesar vreun ocol sau aranjament suplimentar care sa justifice aceasta taxa. am transmis acest mesaj, considerand ca nu este normal sa platim o suma nejustificata, insa nu am mai primit niciun raspuns
